Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the original eyewear, including the protective case and microfiber cloth, into the original shipping box or a similar secure package.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
